By booking a service with ARG Professional Cleaners you agree to these terms.
Quotes are based on the property details you provide. If conditions on arrival materially differ, we'll align with you before any price adjustment is made.
For bond cleans, our 100% Bond Back Guarantee covers items on a standard Queensland REA exit checklist. If your agent identifies an issue within 72 hours of completion, we'll re-attend free of charge once notified by phone or email.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking incur a $50 fee to cover crew scheduling. We waive this where there is a genuine emergency.
ARG Professional Cleaners does not accept liability for pre-existing damage, fragile items left unsecured, or items not disclosed at quoting. Where a cleaning result is disputed, our 72-hour free re-clean applies.
Payment is due on completion via bank transfer or card. Commercial recurring contracts are invoiced monthly with 14-day terms.
